In the excavations you can see some parts of the wide and straight streets of Thurii and the remains of private dwellings, in Sibari that is relevant to Thurii. Near the beach, the traces of a probable slipway, which was used to bring in dry vessels and repair them have been identified. The area, between the first century BC and A.D. III, to the shifting of the coastline and the gradual silting, was used as a necropolis. Visible are the remains of a city wall relative to the Latin colony of Copy.
